I provide therapy for individuals 18 and older of all gender identities. The consultation and initial session provide a time for us to get to know each other. We'll talk through your hopes for counseling and decide if you want to move forward with weekly sessions.
Rates and insurance info
Therapy sessions are 55 minute hours. My regular fee is $130. Payment is expected at the time of service. Due to the virtual nature of these sessions, I only accept electronic payment by card. I accept all major credit cards. A credit card is required to remain on file and will be charged after each session through your online portal in Simple Practice via Stripe.
I do offer a number of reduced fee spots in my caseload. Please let me know if this is something you need.
I am an in network provider for Premera. I bill insurance through a secure clearinghouse in Simple Practice. Co-pays are due at the time of service.
Otherwise, I am an out of network provider. If your insurance offers out of network benefits for therapy, I can provide you with a superbill. This is similar to a receipt for services. You can then submit this to your insurance company and they may provide you with partial reimbursement for the session.
If you are hoping to use insurance, I recommend calling the number on the back of your card to ask about your benefits. That way you will know what your co-pay is and if you have a deductible to meet.
Please note that a diagnosis is necessary to bill insurance. We can discuss this together.
